A worker was observed installing plywood sheets on the roof of the residential style construction site (house) without utilizing fall protection.  The workers were exposed to falls of over 12 feet to dirt and concrete below.  This was most recently documented at 11726 110th St., Papillion, Nebraska on or about August 1, 2018 when the employer had employees working on the roof of this residence without any form of protective system.
