29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Warehouse: On, or about, August 3, 2018, an eyewash was not available where employees added water to forktruck batteries. Although the batteries were provided with a watering system, employees could have been potentially exposed to diluted sulfuric acid in the event of overfilling and/or a leak.
