29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and (2) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in the work area: Chemical hazard communication training was not provided for beryllium health hazards, such as review of the safety data sheet on beryllium, health hazards of beryllium, required air sampling, and other requirements of the standard (1910.1200(h)(1) and (2)). Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
