29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1-7 Grant St., Easthampton, MA: On or about August 2, 2018, several employees were observed roofing this residence, more than 20 feet above the ground below without any fall protection. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). PJS Superior Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1243965, citation number 1,item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at18 Colonial Rd., Milford, MA.
