On or about 8/3/2018 at 7342 Spout Springs Road Braselton, GA workers were observed exposed to abrasion and amputation hazards where the DeWalt 6-inch angle grinder was not guarded.

29 CFR 1926.351(b)(1): Arc welding or cutting cable(s) were not of the completely insulated, flexible type, capable of handling the maximum current requirements of the work in progress:  On or about 8/3/2018 at 7342 Spout Springs Road Braselton, GA workers were observed exposed to electrical shock  and burn hazards where the 100-foot welding lead:  a. laying in a pool of collected water on the floor, had multiple points of damage throughout the outer sheathing which was repaired with electricians tape. Additionally, there was identified exposed copper.   b. draped over the metal trusses overhead, had multiple points of damage throughout the outer sheathing which was repaired with electricians tape.
