29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)  (a): Exterior - Employees are exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while working on a carpenters' bracket scaffold. The platforms of the scaffold were not fully planked, on or about August 6, 2018.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

(a): Exterior - Employees are exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while working on a carpenters' bracket scaffold. The employees working on the scaffold were not protected by any method of fall protection, on or about August 6, 2018.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
