OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that an employee was exposed to crushing injuries from the operation of an off-road utility vehicle without the use of the manufacturer's installed seat belt: Whiskeytown National Recreation Area Oak Bottom Road and Hwy 299: On or about August 4, 2018, employees who operated off-road utility vehicles in rugged terrain were not using the seat belt equipped with the vehicle.
