29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about August 6, 2018, employees were cutting cement blocks with the TS 510G Husqvarna cement saw and they were not wearing a face shield. Employees exposed to the hazard of being hit by flying cement pieces.
