29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch wide: On or about July 17, 2018, at Lennar at Park Central, 10651 NW 88th Street, building 7, Summit, Doral, FL 33178, the employer failed to ensure that all working levels of scaffolds were fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports when employees were erecting a concrete block wall from the scaffolds; thus exposing the employees to a 10'2" fall hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity). On or about July 17, 2018, at Lennar at Park Central, 10651 NW 88th Street, building 8, Summit, Doral, FL 33178, the employer failed to ensure that each employee on a supported scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were protected from falling to that lower level by the use of a personal fall arrest system or a guardrail system on all three sides when employees were erecting a concrete block wall from the scaffolds; thus exposing the employees to a 10"2" fall hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
