29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:    a) On or about February 5, 2019, at the inspection site listed above, the employer did not ensure a 15-foot, fiberglass, A-frame ladder, used by employees to access the second floor of a newly framed apartment building, was used in accordance with the purpose for which it was designed, thus exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) On or about February 5, 2019, at the above listed inspection site, the employer did not ensure an employee who was performing framing work, on the roof of a framed apartment building that measured approximately 20 feet in height, was effectively protected from falls through the use of a fall protection system such as, but not limited to, a harness and lanyard, thus exposing the employee to fall related hazards.    The Alex Remodeling Services LLC dba Alejandro Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068073, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 394-404 Durham Park Way, Pooler, Georgia 31322.    The Alex Remodeling Services LLC dba Alejandro Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058464, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 688 Wyndham Way, Pooler, Georgia 31322.
