There were multiple exit routes; when facing the back the measurements from left to right of the exits were approximately; 11 1/2 inches, 16 1/2 inches, 16 1/2 inches, 20 1/2 inches, 24 inches.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap:    On or about June 26, 2018,    Location: In the front left side of the building when the welder station is located, at 201 Route 59, Hillburn Apt A3    A red and black extension cord approximately 25 feet long had a splice approximately 5 feet from the connector end, exposing employees to inner electrical conductors.
