29 CFR 1910.178(m)(6): The employer did not ensure that safe distance was maintained from the edge of ramps or platforms while on any elevated dock, or platform or freight car. Incoming Docking Area - On or about August 2, 2018, and at times prior to, employees operating forklifts were exposed to a fall of approximately three feet and ten inches to the concrete below when the employer did not install guardrails on the open sides of the flatbed pit.
