On or about 05/14/2019, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 1 issued on 11/08/2019 with an abatement due date of 11/21/2019. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about July 30, 2018, at the worksite 1206 South Dixie Highway, Lake Worth, Florida 33406, an employee while working from a rolling scaffold, was exposed to approximately 10-feet fall hazard when the working surface did not have guardrails.
