29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Bailer Machine Room: on August 7, 2018 and at times prior thereto, wood dust accumulated on ledges and other flat surfaces. Housekeeping activities were not frequent or robust enough to keep areas of dust accumulations at or below 1/32 of an inch. Note: Abatement certification AND documentation are required for this item. Rosebud Horse Bedding, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1221473, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 233 Hwy 95 N, Grangeville, ID 83530.
