29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about August 7th, 2018, at site located at 6523 SW 162nd Ave. Los Prados at Lennar. Miami FL 33196 House # 4456, An employee was observed performing roofing activities on a roof at approximately 18 feet from the ground and was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This employer ALFCORT CORP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256375, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3483 W 102 St. Hialeah, FL, 33018.
