29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all name-plates and markings were in place and maintained in a legible condition: At the location of 2721 E. Central in Wichita KS, an employee engaged in placing lumber onto a roof container with the use of a Dynalift forklift (Model DL8H, SN-8H44J00330315)and employees near the forks were exposed to struck-by hazards. The employees were exposed in that the control lever for the transmission was missing directional control marking/decal, part #L68295 (F-N-R Shifter)
