Crossbraces were used as a means of access.   On or about August 8, 2018 at 415 Piedmont Circle, Covington, Georgia, two employees installing split stone on the exterior of the residence were not protected from falling to the lower level when climbing the  scaffold frame to the working level.  The employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet to the lower level.
