29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 7/30/18 at a renovation project located at the Delta Sonic on 350 Langner Road, West Seneca, New York; employees were framing a parapet on the roof of the building. The employees were not protected from falling approximately 16 feet.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  K T Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 964387, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/23/14, with respect to a workplace located at 6600 Niagara Falls Boulevard, Niagara Falls, New York.  K T Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 937043, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/13, with respect to a workplace located at 950 Union Road, West Seneca, New York.
