29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use (Construction Reference: 1926.59): On or about August 8th, 2018 at the 8975 NW 25th St. Doral, FL 33172 jobsite, the employer did not have the safety data sheets on-site while using corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, GTS Sanded thin set (pH 10-12.5) and Multi-bond large format tile mortar (pH 10-13), at the workplace.
