29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about August 6, 2018, and times prior thereto: a. On the SE corner of a newly built commercial building where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when performing masonry work from fabricated frame scaffolding without guards at each end. b. On the north side of a newly built commercial building where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when performing masonry work from fabricated frame scaffolding without guardrails at the end.
