Red Oaks St. Wichita, KS 67207: employees engaged in residential re-roofing activities applying the black fell paper and the metal edges using a pneumatic nailer were exposed to stuck by hazards in that eye protection was not used. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2): Abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the jobsite located at 1822 S. Red Oaks St. Wichita, KS 67207: Employees engaged in residential re-roofing activities from a 5:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave (front porch) and 19 feet from the eave of the top roof of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not used. Morayma Cardenas was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949276, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 33 N. Mission, Eastborough, KS 67207. 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): Requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
