29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 7/31/18 at a roof project located at 118 Columbia Avenue, Depew, New York; employees were placing shingles on the roof of a one and a half story house. The roof had a 6 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 10 feet. There was no fall protection in use. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
