OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard:  On or about August 7, 2018:  At the worksite located at 6461 Coley Road, Norcross, Georgia employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately four feet while accessing a front end loader, where the steps leading into the cab were damaged, and the employer failed to take appropriate actions to abate the hazard that was present.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
