29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.    A. Receiving Area: Material, lumber, trash, and other similar items were found in the passageways and through the back of the store.    B. Bull Pen Area: Overstock, lumber, and wooden pallets were stored in and around walking surfaces near the propane cages.

Bull Pen Department: The exit near the hazmat cage had lumber laying flat in front of the emergency exit route.     C. Receiving Department: The exit route near door "6" had material stored within the exit route.       Lowe's Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 960144, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/21/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 32 William C Gould Junior War, Kingston, MA 02364.    Lowe's Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 938248, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 118 2nd Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11215.
