OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed a struck by hazard: On or about 8/9/2018, in front of the Pill Box Plaza, 1700 NW 122 Terrace, Pembroke Pines, FL. An employee was exposed to being struck by vehicular traffic while working in close proximity of the right-of-way of a street without wearing a high-visibility safety vest.
