29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. (a) On or about 08/01/18, during the renovation of the Alliance Building, located on 183 Main Street, in Rochester, New York, the stairway leading to the lobby area and building exit was obstructed by piping material, a fire hose and electrical cords. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
