29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: On or about August 10, 2018 , at the 2100 NW 42nd Ave. Miami FL, 33126 ETD Room/1K01, the employer did not ensure the air vents were kept in a sanitary condition, exposing the employees to potential health hazards. The Transportation Security Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264119, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/22/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Boston Logan International Airport, East Boston, MA 02128.
