29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: On or about August 10, 2018, the storage of windows created a hazard. a) The storage of windows facing the aisles created a hazard in that the safety bars were not present, the safety bars didn't reach the windows, and the windows could slide out from under the safety bars. b) The storage of windows on the racks created a hazard in that the "legs" were not secured to prevent tipping of the windows. c) The storage of windows in partially opened crates created a hazard in that nails were protruding into the aisle ways.
