The Ansul R-102 wet chemical restaurant fire suppression system received its last semi-annual maintenance in April 2017.      B.)  Hickory Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No 6166 Home Corporation, 5550 East State Street, Hermitage, PA  16148, on or about August 10, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Employees were exposed to fire hazards due to a wet-piped water-based fire suppression system that had not been inspected.  Employees perform restaurant-type activities at the facility.  The wet-piped water-based fire suppression system was last inspected in March 2017.      C.)
