OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to falls and struck by hazards: a) On or about August 9, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not prohibit employees from riding the bucket attachment of the Pettibone T8044 Rough Terrain Forklift exposing the employee to fall or struck by hazards from an inadvertent operation and movement.
