29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  Arbors at Meadow Woods - Bldg. #122 top of truss peak;  On or about August 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees installing roof trusses were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet to the ground below in that the employer failed to ensure employees were using fall protection.  b)  Arbors at Meadow Woods - Bldg. #122 top of plate;  On or about August 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees installing roof trusses were exposed to fall hazards of up to 19 feet 9 7/8 inches to the ground below in that the employer failed to ensure employees were using fall protection.  c)  Arbors at Meadow Woods - Bldg. #122 top of block;  On or about August 9, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of up to 9 feet to the ground below in that the employer failed to ensure employees were using fall protection.
