29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The user shall see that all nameplates and markings are in place and are maintained in a legible condition. a. On or about August 13, 2018, at the work site located at 460 East High Street, London, Ohio, employees used 4 propane fork lift trucks to unload, transport throughout the warehouse, and load materials. Two of the four propane fork lift trucks did not have nameplates or markings in place.
