29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: (a) 1318 Chestnut St - On or about 3/30/18, there was a stairway between the first floor and basement which was not provided with at least one handrail which exposed employees using the stairway to fall hazards. G&M Efestos Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.1025(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1129806, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/15/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1317 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA.
