29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):  (a) Rocky Mountain Alliance, LLC dba Fat Jack's Super Subs at 3326 Tejon St. Denver, CO 80211: On or before 8/14/18 the employer did not perform a workplace hazard assessment in accordance with this standard. Employees use knives, slicers and ovens in the performance of their duties.

(a) Rocky Mountain Alliance, LLC dba Fat Jack's Super Subs at 3326 Tejon St. Denver, CO 80211: On or before 8/14/18 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the employer did not provide cut-resistant gloves to employees who regularly cut and slice ingredients. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
