(a) Rocky Mountain Alliance, LLC dba Fat Jack's Super Subs at 3326 Tejon St. Denver, CO 80211: On or before 8/14/18 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the employer did not provide cut-resistant gloves to employees who regularly cut and slice ingredients. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
