29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. On or about August 14, 2018: Employees working in or near the back storage area adjacent to the paint shop were exposed to fire hazards where the exit door had a crash bar as well as a handle that had to be turned to open the door. There was also a slide lock on the door.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about August 14, 2018: Employees working in and near the water treatment area were exposed to corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to Sulfuric Acid 93%. The employer did not ensure that the emergency eyewash station in the treatment area was operational.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about August 14, 2018: Employees working in the production area of the facility located at 402 Blue Bird Boulevard are exposed to fire hazards where three fire extinguishers within the production area was not identified by a sign.
