29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Worksite, 25 Hope St., West Babylon NY - An employee was working on top of a Mack dump truck cab protector at a residential home approximately 10 feet above the ground below, on or about 8/14/2018. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
