Quintale Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642, on or about August 10, 2018; the crane was delivering two trusses at a time to employees standing on the exterior top plate of the 10 foot walls exposing them to a fall hazard. Quintale Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642, On or about August 10, 2018; employees exposed to fall hazards while setting trusses and standing on the exterior top plate and exposed to fall hazards. Employees did not recognize the hazards of falling and equipped with the knowledge of what procedures should be followed to minimize these hazards. NOTE: Abatement documentation AND certification are required for this item.
