29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures: (a) On or about 08/08/18, during renovation work at the Alliance Building, on 183 East Main Street, in Rochester, New York, electrical cords used to feed a temporary lighting, were not protected from accidental contact. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
