29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about 8/14/18, during residential roofing activities located at 1360 Valley Park Drive in Broadview Heights, Ohio, the employer failed to ensure that employees conducting roofing activities were provided, and utilized fall protection. The roof slope of the northeast section was 10/12 at a height 10.3 feet. The roof slope on the main section of the roof was 7/12 at a height of 18.6 feet.
