29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. On or about August 14, 2018, and at times prior thereto, in the production area, where cutting and compacting of plastic film were performed had explosive plastic dust located on the pipes in the ceiling, the roof structures, and the extruder.
