29 CFR 1926.706(b): Masonry walls over eight feet in height were not adequately braced to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent supporting elements of the structure were in place: (a) 170 Grant Ave. The employer did not adequately brace a masonry wall, approximately 27 feet in height and 42 feet in length to prevent overturn or collapse due to wind or other forces. On 8/7/18, the wall along Claremont Ave. broke down at the 4th floor level. Condition occurred on or about 8/7/2018
