29 CFR 1910.30(b)(2): The employer must train each employee who uses a dockboard to properly place and secure it to prevent unintentional movement. a) The employer did not train employees who operate the dock levelers how to properly place and secure them to prevent unintentional movement, in that on August 10, 2018 an employee was manually adjusting a dock leveler and suffered a partial finger amputation.
