29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Scaffold platform - Sawgrass Bay Lake - Lot 381 (Clermont, FL); On or about August 13, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees performing masonry work from a scaffold platform to fall hazards of 10 feet 6 inches to the ground below, in that the employer failed to provide fall protection.
