29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: At the jobsite located at 4448 W. Kellogg Dr., Wichita, Kansas: An employee engaged in façade shaping activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet from the scissor lift to the concrete below in that was standing on an aluminum bench on top of the scissor lift platform to increase the working height.
