29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  (a) Clear Creek Skiing Corporation located at 3877 US 6, Georgetown, CO 80444:  On and preceding August 15, 2018, the employer did not ensure that each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was legibly marked to indicate its purpose.  The vehicle maintenance electrical control room had approximately 15 circuit breakers that were in use and not labeled or marked. These circuits included, but are not limited to, lighting and outlets throughout the building.  These conditions exposed employee to a electrical shock and fire hazards.
