On or about August 16, 2018, in the electrical room, the north disconnect was not marked to indicate its purpose, thereby exposing employees to an electrical and/or fire hazard.   d. On or about August 16, 2018, in the electrical room, the disconnect for the compressor on the main switch cabinet was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, thereby exposing employees to an electrical and/or fire hazard.   e. On or about August 16, 2018, in the electrical room, the disconnect for the transformer feeds panel A and west wall on the main switch cabinet was misidentified as to its purpose, thereby exposing employees to an electrical and/or fire hazard.
