29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: 7th Floor Air Traffic Control Breakroom: Strain relief was not provided at the point where the power cord for a snack vending machine entered its male plug. As a result, the wires inside the cord were exposed. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
