29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) An employee, Stone Cutter, was exposed to continuous noise exceeding an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels and did not receive audiometric testing, on or about 8-16-18. b) An employee, Stone Cutter, was exposed to continuous noise exceeding an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels and did not receive audiometric testing, on or about 8-16-18. 29 CFR 1910.95(k)(1): The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k): a) An employee, Stone Cutter, was exposed to continuous noise extrapolated at an 8-hour time-weighted average of 88.5 dBA, and did not receive noise training, on or about 8-16-18. b) An employee, Stone Cutter, was exposed to continuous noise extrapolated an 8-hour time-weighted average of 92.2 dBA, and did not receive noise training, on or about 8-16-18. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED- CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
