29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Hanover Pointe, Lot 43, Worksite - on or about August 16, 2018, employees were moving from the first floor to the second floor of a residential home project using a 16 riser stairway that did not have at least one handrail.
