JOB SITE: 1 Missouri Research Park Drive, Saint Charles, MO 63304, on or about 8/16/2018, employees operating Andy Marks Flexo Label Press were exposed to an electrical hazard. Two (2) knockout pins were missing on the electrical 240v panel box located approximately 45 inches above floor level, in the rear of the press machine.
